Disappointing

Posted by iHerb Customer on Nov 07, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I bought this to improve my memory as I have M.E. but there has been absolutely no improvement whatsoever. I take 1 tablespoon every day. However, my eczema has improved quite significantly 😊

Nasty smelling and rancid tasting

Posted by iHerb Customer on Nov 05, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I don't know if this is bad or if it should be this awful. I never purchased this before but it is gross. Even a tiny teaspoon is inedible and ruins shakes. I have before purchased yummy granules and they were great. This is thick, sticky, viscous and nasty

Awful Odor

Happy customer!

Posted by iHerb Customer on Sep 30, 2017 | Verified Purchase

I bought Sunflower Lecithin because of all the great reviews & because I can't take the HUGE caplets other Lecithin comes in & because I believe sunflower lecithin is much better than soy lecithin. I took my first dose this morning. It has a pleasant smell & taste, but when I tried to swallow it straight from the spoon, the old "gag reflex" kicked in, because it's pretty thick oil. (Fail) Next, I tried mixing with juice, but had a little trouble keeping it mixed & didn't want to take the time to get out my blender. Not willing to give up, I kept thinking about it while I made some toast & decided to mix it with enough butter for two pieces of toast & give it a try that way. Ta-da! It was really good! Now I can have the health benefits I need, while enjoying my breakfast I will keep buying it from now on. Thank you "iHerb". You seem to be THE site that has what I need & when I need it, at a good price too. :-)

Thanks for your feedback!

Excellent quality

I highly recommend this as a non-GMO form of lecithin. Soy versions can be. I use it in home made lip balms to make them nice and creamy. Excellent for lips. Love the consistency and price too. ♥♥☺Please read my page for my 100 plus reviews – especially if you are new to I-herb!☺♥♥
