These tablets contain ingredients our body needs including skin hair and nails. The quality is perfect! I even feel power after i drink them. My hair started to fall not so much after 1 week of using it. Will continue and see what happens. By the way the skin becomes better too. The dosage is ok enough to drink just one pill a day. I finished my first one and ordering the second already! This was actually a good product, within a month I saw a huge difference in my nails, hair became more shiny, I can’t say anything about skin yet , can’t see major difference but good thing it didn’t make me break out (which is usual for my skin )
