I take this as a tonic for my eyes..I am 56 and don't need glasses and I am sure this is helping maintain my good vision despite the barrage it must be getting from computer and phone usage..this to me is a lifer..i will just continue to take it forever!

Don't know if it helps my eyes but doesn't do any harm either. I don't like the smell and taste of the tablets but it goes away quickly.

Easy to take since it is small doze. Usually lutein is very expensive but this is very reasonable !
