I'm perimenopausal and anemic - and it was time to start on calcium due to age. Women start losing calcium in their 30s [maybe earlier but I notice it in my 30s]. Got a calcium citrate with magnesium here and it was good. Just.. big. Bought this since it has everything. I eat this alternate days with my zahler iron which is fantastic for bringing up my blood. This pill measures 19mm long, 7mm tall, 5mm thick. Somewhat similar to Augmentin [amoxicillin].
