It can be used as a highlighter on any part of your face, it can brighten under your eyes, it can conceal hyperpigmentation, it can be used as an eyeshadow or lipstick base... seriously, I love how many uses there are! Not For The Waterline

This is my 2nd time purchasing this in the past few years and I got it again to use on the waterline as it’s the only white/nude iherb has but it does not work. It came off instantly and caused me trouble with my contact lenses all day (even after washing many times!). This liner is only good for lining eyebrows and nothing else!

First, I would like to say that the Pacifica brand has many fine products...this "Magical" Multi-Pencil is not one of them. It is white, and it leaves a white line, smudge, or mark anywhere I put it. It does not work for lips unless I want a white line around my lips. It leaves a white line under my eyes, and when I tried to use it as a cover-up, it was white. I'm sorry to say that this is the most useless product I've ever tried -- it went right into my trash.
