Rice Jasmine has small snow-white grains, elongated in shape, quite long. When cooked, rice has a rather strong aroma, characteristic of ordinary rice, but stronger, and with special milky notes. If you correctly observe the proportions indicated on the package and the exposure time, then the rice will turn out perfect - all excess moisture will go away, the rice will be tender, not sticky. Properly cooked rice can even be taken just by hand, it should be dry enough to the touch, but tender, juicy inside the rice. But if you pour a lot of water or overcook, rice can start to turn into porridge.
