I take 2 capsules a day with mct oil quecertin Tmg And resveratrol . Nmn is oil soluble . After one year now I can feel the difference . Would like increase the dosage to 1 gr per day but need to find another brand this one is too expensive Good for beginner The quality is good , number of capsule too small and too expensive, easy to swallow , energy goes up, no taste no niacin flush
This is my first time to take this brand. My wife and I can feel good effect of it, especially we now can sleep better.
I’ve been taking it first thing every morning on empty stomach, nearly finished one bottle, haven’t seen or feel significant improvement yet, will give it another month to see if it’s beneficial. Price is okay with the current discount. Capsules are small and and without any taste, hence easy to swallow. Quality should be good and I didn’t really research on the ingredients, purchased based on other’s reviews
- in my 30s and started with 1 pill per day. - heard that it is better to shallow it with empty stomach ( first thing in the morning). However I take probiotic first, so leave this to be the last thing to do before sleeping at night. Not sure if this would make it work less obvious. - still under observation as I've only taking this for a week. - no obvious improvement yet but no off side as well. - very small size of pill, easy to take.
Im not sure what benefit I’ve seen thus far however what I can say is that it irritates my stomach and I can barely eat throughout the day from the stomach pain. (You’re supposed to take it on an empty stomach) and honestly its uncomfortable throughout the day but im willing to stick it out if its going to make me live longer, lol. The size is good and there is no smell. It decreased me going to the toilet which means it has constipated me for a few days so i suggest taking pre and pro biotics with them to offset this issue. Not sure what impact it has on my energy levels. It has no taste and the packaging is pretty cool.
I can feel the difference, wow what a pill. My skin is softer now (even without my regular monthly facial), and I look younger. Best of all, I have energy all day long.
