Size is easy to swallow and taste is pleasant although I generally prefer to swallow rather than chew to tablets. I was told it would help with digestion and to avoid constipation and I have used this for over a year now and am extremely pleased with the results.

These papaya enzymes seem to work for digestion issues, but you have to take 3 at a time. Other than that, they are pretty sweet, you could fool yourself into thinking they were little candies.
it contain amylase. suppose to take 3 after meals. it helped me with my digestion problem. i didn't like its sweet taste because me teeth suffer from the sugar,because i already eat a lot of sugar. for me i had better solution than this product but i couldn't say its bad because it works
