This new beef jerky company is headquartered in San Diego, with recipes created by Michelin-starred chef Brandon Rogers (Benu in San Francisco). Will fell in love with the cuisine in Cabo when he lived there, so the line has six Baja-inspired flavors of jerky like street taco, serrano lime, and even churro. Great variety of flavors and definitely a good snack staple at the house. Good size and packaged well
Zero sugar jerky is hard to find and the taste of this one is great. There is a slight fatty juiciness that is unique in its own way, but good. Not worried about this since grass fed will be high in omega 3’s. I’ll order more kinds of these to find a favorite. A bit pricy, but great jerky kind of just is.
This tastes just like the original Taco flavor, stacked with quality ingredients with no Nitrites. This is just a superb tasting jerky for those who like Tacos. It may be lightly spicy for some but not overly so. The perfect snack on the go. The composition also comes with almost 28g of protein per bag.
If there are any cons, it would be the price, it could be less expensive or at least be available in bigger bags to bring the price down.
