I really trust this brand as I felt betterment following a consecutive use for a month on empty stomach, however, you might have first time flush only on day 1. worthy getting this.
So far so good. Have not had any adverse effects but haven't seen any wow results either. I like this brand though. So much cleaner in comparison to many out there.
I'm glad that I switched to this brand. The efficacy is a lot greater than other brands I bought before.
It's a high-quality product so I am sure it works, but it makes me nauseated after an hour or so. I've tried taking it with meal, before meal, after meal - whatever I do, the feeling of nausea is there.
Seems like this is a good quality product. The pills are easy to swallow.
I am disappointed with majority of Bluebonnet products, incl. ALA. Togther with their sister brand Nature's Answer they are supposed to be among better ones. But some products like this add no benefit. Hope this help.
