I like taking amino acids and found the composition and ingredients fit my goals in what I look for in a product. I tend to be picky about the quality, but I like Bluebonnet. Of course, 1000 mg is a chunky sized pill to swallow, but it's worth it for the complete protein and benefits of aminos.
Previously, I bought in capsules, opened and transported in water as part of the morning « », now I decided to try this form. Pills are large, swallowing is not so convenient.
Quality seems good Pill size seems a little bit big, but that's expected for Amino acid pills I went with this product mainly because of the other ingredients on it which seem less than most other Amino products I've checked on iherb, I try to go with as little extra ingredients as possible Package is good and tight, I like that it is a glass bottle I think it could help with muscle growth with the right training, I prefer to go with Aminos than Protein powders when it comes to muscle building and recovery I think it could cause some issues with allergy for some people, might be the case with most or all BCAA products when taken for a long period of time
I took a few pills a few times a day and think they were working as I got a few zits. I stopped taking them after about a week; I should've known better as I'm sensitive to dairy so I was stuffy and headachy on these but I'm sure they'd be great for others. I found beef amino acids instead (but not grass-fed which would've been better).
It was the first time I bought a Bluebonnet product. I don't know the obvious effect yet. If it works, I will leave a review again.
Works as it should! I definitely recommend. Utilized by the body to build new protein and collagen, and completely absorbed into the bloodstream within an average of 23 minutes
Swanson always has the best products, for sure that this is the best of its kind, great food supplement. 8Only one thing to be careful about, it contains a glace of white color these tablets, Titanium Dioxide.
The composition is nice. My friend advised me this supplement because she feels the benefits of this product. Personally me did not noticed anything special about it. Hope it was useful but I just did not noticed.
