I combine this with super omega 2000 for maximum cognitive benefits. These also score high on the International fish oil standard tests and come from a reputable quality controlled lab. DHA+EPA are certainly one of the most effective supps you can take. Definitely a no brainer.

At iHerb, I got this big batch of Carlson DHA for a great price. DHA is more important for me in comparison to EPA because it has Nootropic benefits while EPA has only heart health benefits. I take it daily in the morning and it is wonderful for lowering triglycerides and brain health and heart health and the research on fish oil is sprawling in general. They also produce it in the triglyceride form which is perfect.
Carlson is my go to brand for omega 3, take the EPA and DHA separately for the body to absorb better
