While you can certainly eat it as a lunch I like to pour t in a salad, its a easy way to get good protein without having tto open a can and make a mess. THe size is a little bigger then the packets but I feel like the flavors add alot. There are of flavors I recomeed trying them all. Def. a recommeded buy!
Unless your preference is plain canned tuna, this offers a nice little zip of flavor to the meat in an easy to use package. Small container and a little pricy, but worth it if you want to shake up the flavors. Ready to go for use on crackers, straight out of the packaging, nice addition to a salad, or on bread. A really great option to add to your lunch, snack, or supper. Recommended!

Excellent and tasty tuna with garlic and herbs. Great for adding to salads and pizza! Tuna pieces are very soft and tender. The taste is very pleasant, while not fresh, unlike many other options for canned tuna. Moderately salty. Excellent quality! Recommend!

Pieces of tuna married with garlic and aromatic herbs. Very convenient packaging, and they taste great - drop the contents of your can on some ruccola and fresh tomato and you have a wonderful lunch (light but very nutritious). A great quality product, i am buying these in many varieties.
