good quality, ingredients and composition. package benefit good. good effect and improvement for 40 to 70 age year olds. not sure if benefit knee. not affect diet. no deficiency in taste. taking 1 tablet per time . no tummy upset or bad reaction. skin seems a bit less dry after taking for 4 days.

Still deciding on the effects of this one, I've been taking 4 capsules per day for the past 3 weeks. I think it did help reduce a bit the hair loss after Covid, yet there's still a long way. I may come back to edit this in a few months.
