There are so many wholesome ingredients inside and I can tell they work. That's because I see my face clearing up. Another benefit I experienced is less dryness and my skin feels smoother overall. The size of the capsules are ok, I can swallow them easily with a mouthful of water. I hope to see more improvements down the line.

I wasn't sure if my son would take these because he hates taking pills. He says they were really easy to take. Just like me at his age, he has teen acne. I noticed that his skin looks healthier. He has less breakouts but the acne hasn't fully cleared up. I truly believe that if he takes the pills consistently his skin will clear up. I really like the natural ingredients.

this has a lot of good vitamins in general, but a lot are specific to good skin so I bought this. I am still having acne issues even though I am not a teenager anymore and it is getting old. I have been taking this for a few weeks and my skin looks better in general, brighter and fresher, but the acne is also starting to get better. I am very happy because I would rather use this than something like acutane so I will keep buying it
