I like all Ancient Nutrition products, very good ingredients, next level!👌 I only started to take these Multivitamins, probably need few months to see the difference.
My only gripe with this Multi-Vitamin is I have to take 3 a day.(did not know this when I ordered) You think you are getting a good deal, pricewise, for 90 pills, but actually its just a 30 day supply. So make sure you read the back of the box before purchasing. I prefer one and done at a good price, but this is not it.
A super multi I changed up my usual vitamins and started these , well what a difference all round feel so much better taking these , Iherb please don't stop these for the older women .
Its package looks chic, I like some of their herbs which are unique, other brands don't have, its natural, too, a bit pricey though. Just bought it so it takes time to see its effectiveness.
