I purchased this product mainly to increase the amount of collagen in my body, (specifically for my tissue and organs). Normally, before I stated using this product, I consumed one or two types of collagen from small packets of powered gelatin and mixed it with my oatmeal. Also, I consumed about 2-3 boiled eggs each week: Both forms of collagen helped with inflammation in my knee. But those still were not sufficient. I needed more collagen and more types of collagen for my entire body. Amazingly, after a few days of taking the product, I notice my skin softening and a kinda glow on my skin. I am a guy and could care less about soft skin and a glow. It surprised me to see those effects on my skin. It was quick too. That's crazy. I must have really been deficient in collagen. I can imagine what benefits this product is having on other parts of my body that I cannot see. Great product.

I just started using this product and sofar I am very satisfied. I am loving the taste althoug i am taking it with only the water in the morning. It desolves very nice. I been collagen user for years, and this is the most complex one so my expetations are big. I take it for my skin, hair and joints. It came perfectly packed, the price is good, and I will sincearly recomend it.

Fantastic quality product. Glad I found it on iHerb on offer. It tastes great, it is easy to incorporate in my eating regime. I use one scoop a day in my white Greek yogurt to give it a chocolate flavour. Good size and packaging containing a dosage scoop. I drink 2 scoops a day with my morning and afternoon coffee. It sums up to 20 grams of protein which helps me get to my daily target of 85 grams of protein (I weigh 60kg). If I had enough proteins though I only use 1 scoop or not at all, as it is not healthy for the kidneys to consume too much proteins, so be minded to that. Great flavor, highly recommended!

Amazing product! Quality is just great, has the actual 5 collagens. Taste is ok but texture is a bit weird. I drank/used 1 scoop a day with 1 cup of water. Size is great so is packaging. It actually helped my stomach too. Benefits my skin, hair especially nails.
Almost finished the bottle. After 2 weeks, it seems that my nails grow faster than before, and also muscles recovery after workout . 1 scoop of powder and just add warm water to make a cup of chocolate milk before bed. In the morning, mix 1 scoop into my milk tea. Tasty ! Will re-order. Maybe try their vanilla flavor. But I love chocolate so much ^^.
