After taking these for a few weeks I started getting cramps at weird times. Usually I only get cramps when I have my period. This is the only change I know that I made during this time. Possibly good for others, but didn’t seem to be a good fit for my body.

I don't know if it's a recurrent side effect on hormones, but in 15 days taking it I gained 2.5 kilos! I had to stop taking it :(
