I do keep them in a ziplock bag after opening to try keeping them fresh. Love that they only contain two ingredients, brown rice and sesame. A fantastic healthy snack!
I really love this as a simple snack to have between meals. It is essentially flavorless. The most you’d taste is the main ingredient: rice. But that is not overpowering and is less noticeable the more you eat it. The texture is pleasantly crunchy with a nice snap. I eat them plain. Others put toppings. To be perfectly honest, I think I’m addicted to this snack. I can’t stop eating them.
These are the best crackers. They aren't sweet, salty, glutenous, bitter, gummy, any of the things that all other crackers are. They taste very good.
They aren't strong, so they can't be used to cut what you are putting on them, and may even break in stiff dip.
They only last a day after opening the package, but last a long time in the sealed package. So I'm happy to buy in bulk!
Super healthy tasting. No salt n sugar. Quality ingredients in these rice crackers that can be use as a great vessel for cheeses and dips, etc. or as a low fat and guilt free snack. A bit pricey for its size and package. Good deal if it is on sale.
At first there is some smell of like importing products. I dont know how to explain but usually i smell this with some importing products to japan. Is it oil smell? And don’t see any sesame on top as expected
Overall it was good. Crunchy and healthy.
After tasting all of Edward & Son's other rice crackers, these are so plain.
I was dissapointed at first but after putting them in Edward & Son's boullion (as soup) I like them because they stay hard in the soup where other crackers (saltines) get soggy fast.
