I used it 2 times a day after shower, and massage for about 3 minutes. You will feel some heat to the area where you massaged. The texture is gel format, not greasy and very easy to apply. Smell is also pleasant.

The product is terrible. The first time you put it on, it feels hot inside the area. It smells sweet, light, and not strong. The size is large, as you can see in the picture, but it burns.
