I have been taking this iron for over 5 years. I’m a senior and found this iron helps my energy and I sleep so much better. No side effects of other irons and if you don’t need it you can’t overdose. It was sold to Gaia and they have changed it a bit. I think for the better. Gaia is one of my favourite companies.
I am low on iron. This liquid is not as nasty tasting as other I’ve tried. Plus it has lots of vitamins from B group. So far I like it. Bought 2.
If you need to replenish your iron and energy, this actually is a pretty good product! Great taste, and gives your body a boost! It's also easy on your stomach. I recomment it!
Good impact. but I still prefer floradix as it is combined with other complementary vitamins for better absorption. taste wise, so-so. and very small bottle. Gaia Herbs is another brand I take too besides this.
Not my first liquide Iron, this one is ok, the taste I didn’t like. The best thing about this Iron that you can eat right after you take it.
It seems that it does its job. It is too soon to judge for sure.
