The spray works good, but we prefer the non alcoholic spray 'five-flower formula' (the yellow bottle). We bought this one because of a discount.

Very interesting product! I don't know, how and why, but it really works, when you feel nervous, a bit unstable. Sometimes I used it to fall asleep faster and it worked as well. Of course it does not solution if you have some serious issue with a nerve system, but if you are generally stable, but experience some emotional difficulties from time to time, try it!

I bought this to replace my Bach Flower remedies Rescue Remedy as FES uses biodynamic flowers. A thumbs up for this spray.

This is a must for balancing out any stress, trauma, out of balance emotions on any level. These work wonders, I put some into my water bottle and drink it all day.
