They are good in taste and reasonable size .it has caffeine in it . Ingredients are mostly dairy . Two gummies per day were recommended,but these type of gummies would show benefits, if we continue for these gummies up to 2 or 3 months . Quality and packaging is amazing,but only take 2 gummies per day not more than that..I hope this review will help you.
Anything berry will taste good. We are taking alot of supplements and will not be able to update any difference with the first week of intake but we need this in our daily diet. Will update again here soon
