I tend to be low energy, but every time I've had this I go out and do hours of physical work in my garden. I tend to prefer medium roast and usually do not like dark roast as much. But this blend is delicious. It's definitely a keeper and I'll be ordering a lot more. If I have a lot of mentally intense computer work to do I'll drink the lions mane blend, but if I want to get physical work done I'll be drinking this for sure. I notice the difference!
I've only tried this one and the one with Lion's Mane. This one is definitely has more of a real effect on alertness, mood.. My first cup was a bit too strong, but as opposed to other coffees, you don't get jitters, you just feel a bit more intense. The flavor is also stronger.
Really can tell the difference between this and regular coffee. Nice energy flow without the jitters. I often mix it with Four Sigmatic's Chill (decaf) blend for a delish half caff combo.
I have been making this in my French press. I have to use more than the recommended amount of water but I am quite happy with it. Will purchase again
