This is with EVOO so it should be a better quality oil. Still I would drain most of it out. I really do not need the extra oil in these tuna, since I always make a tomato sauce to go with it. So I feel better to drain most of the oil away.

Tastes great, strong flavor , good for using in salads, or just to eat straight from the can. Nice tuna fish flakes show high quality. Standard size
