These seem to work really well. I take just one a night and I'm out after awhile. The container does say 2 but just one works pretty well for me. I don't wake up as groggy as if I had taken melatonin. I also love how many are in the container.

I take it even in the middle of the night for occasional sleeplessness and I sleep well the rest of the night. It is more expensive but I wanted a vegan supplement and one that tastes great.
