Is it good to have vitamin C everyday?
It is OK to take vitamin C every day in recommended dosages.

The size of this product is big enough and the ingredients are good... still didn't use it so I don't know the taste yet...

Although I have only been taking this for a week now, I am taking so many supplements that ones I can mix in water are so much better. I mix this with my electrolytes, like the taste and it doesn't hurt my stomach.
Been using Heathforce for years. Love that their Vitamin C supplements are food based. I prefer the taste of this product when it was just the acerola cherries (it was sweeter) as opposed to now with the addition of several berries ( more bitter). Still an awesome product.
Love Love Love HealthForce products and their ALL Natural C is of the same quality that all of their products are. They are unfortunately a bit out of my price range (try to take advantage of sales) but you pay for what you get and Health Force quality is outstanding!!
