I have been taking Mace for years in capsule form. I have confidence in the quality of this product. It's easy to mix in drinking water, protein shakes etc. Ingredients: I like that it isn't alcohol based, and it's nice to not have to take Maca in capsule form. The size of the bottle will be perfect for taking along on my travels. I think I have become a life-long fan of iHerb.

I make a tea out of this. Just add it to hot water and bit of lemon. Maca is great for hormonal balance.
