This brand is so beautiful - check out their website! I've used tincture of plantain myself successfully when nothing else touched sinusitis and now using it for my daughter with considerable success for congestion headaches in the frontal lobe area, when all else had failed including essential oil inhalations, homeopathy etc. She is taking it in a little water twice a day. This is the only tincture of plantain I've found that I can get posted to Australia since the brilliant Voegels brand availability is very limited here. I really appreciate that this product is organic - important for tinctures I feel.
After doing some research to find what helps dissolve mucus, I came across this herb and decided to give it a try. I am on my third bottle and have noticed a REMARKABLE difference. My sinuses are so much clearer now (I was struggling with excess mucus and swelling in my sinuses) but not anymore. If you are looking for a product for dissolving mucus, I highly recommend trying this one.

Mix it with my med marijuana and take together.
Not sure it works. Did not felt improvement after using it.
