Then it is a great support help if you want to loose weight as it will take food cravings away. Apart from that it is effective against cystic acne, but you need to patient it might take a week before you see some results overall. The tabs are easy to swallow and there are no side effects. Make sure to take 1 or to per 2 after meal. Since this herb will make you more thirsty, make sure to drink more water than usually.

Guggul probably works for anyone BUT people with hormone-sensitive conditions, such as endo, PCOS, etc. I have endometriosis and I just so happened to find out that guggul promotes estrogen. So girls, be careful, do proper research before you get your herbs. I'm probably gonna pass this to my folks, it might be more beneficial for them.

Although I was already taking red yeast rice, my numbers were still a bit high. Adding 1 cap of guggul every other day brought my numbers into the optimum zone. Unbelievable how effective this little-known herb works.

I have taken iHerb Guggul for years and it definitely has helped to moderate any harmful cholesterol or at least that’s what my doctors say!
