I had been looking for a different supplement when I came across this brand. I am not sure if they are newer but I had not heard of them before & was excited to see they had a women's multivitmain formula. I was very intrigued by the quality of ingredients they used so I thought I would try them out. The pills are large, but very soft so not difficult to swallow. The bottle is meant to seal well. The only negatives are you need to take 2 daily & they have a slight odor to them, but that pales in comparison to the benefits.

Love the composition and ingredients. I’ve been trying to find multivitamin that has moderate amount of nutrients but many of them are very high in DV%. So when I found Iwi I’m so happy that it has perfect amount of DV% and not too crazy high. Also love it that it provides omegas and it’s completely vegan! Everything you need is just in one bottle.
