I subscribe to and receive emails from many Doctors. I read at least 15 emails a day on health for the last 20 plus years. Articles of interest I send to myself with an indexable heading. This product contains an awesome array of health beneficial substances. I suggest you Google "Health benefits of each ingredient._ It is definitely on my list to continue taking. I have purchased from iherb at least 150 times and even though I live over 6,000 miles from them, delivery in as quick as three days, worst case two weeks even in Covid times.
I keep ordering this product for my father for years . It has been recommended by his oncologist and his cardiologist . He feels very well from this and helping him a lot
I am taking this as it supposed to help with aging. I haven't noticed any negative effects but also no improvements. I will keep taking as a preventative measure so I believe it will help in the long run. Jarrow is a very reputable company. Pills are rather large but ok to take. They leave a bit of an aftertaste to your mouth. I would love to see improvements in my wrinkles and skin conditions and I will update my review then.
I think this resveratrol product is a good value for money and I am really hopeful about the antioxidant effects. Let's hope the anti age, anti-wrinkle effects to my skin and overall health kick in soon! I think it is decent sized package that should list me 2 months with daily intake of 1 pill a day.
The bioavailability of resveratrol supplement is low but I can see Jarrow has tried to improve the product's potency with a good mix of phenols.
I was attracted to this supplement’s synergistic ingredients list. Quercetin and Pterostilbene are perfect co-factors for resveratrol and are likely to activate longevity pathways. Remember to take with some healthy fat for proper absorption!
Good quality. This formula have resvaratrol, green tea, quercetin and pterostilbene and have many health benefits for the cardiovascular system and for many others health problems. The tablet( not round shape) is red brown, medium size . For me is easy to swallow.
I like all the ingredients in this product. Great price, strength and quality. I like Jarrow products. I would love a larger bottle of tablets. I have purchased several times and would recommend to others as a great resveratrol product.

This bottle provides more than just resveratrol! Quercetin helps Resveratrol to stay in the body longer for absorption. The combined use of Quercetin and Resveratrol inhibits adipocyte. Like Vitamin C and Polyphenois, Quercetin also reduces oxidative stress. Pterostilbene provides better bioavailability and half life than Resveratrol. Medical research shows the combined use of Nicotinamide Riboside, Resveratrol and Pterostilbene helps increasing NAD+ levels and sustainability when compared to the sole use of NR. My in-law is taking this with NR daily. But the size is a bit big to swallow.
