I’ve been taking biotin for hair and nails and so far I can say it’s working ! As a warning, you need to drink A LOT of water when taking biotin, to avoid break outs as many people have them with this supplement. Other than that, if you have difficulty growing your hair and nails i recommend it. You will see results on your nails very fast, they will get stronger and grow quicker, for hair it takes a little more time, but results is there. If you do not see any results, you should get some blood diagnosis for other nutrients deficiency. These particular gummies are very tasty and I enjoy them, 10/10 would recommend
