I like that this is non fortified (only because I want to avoid folic acid when possible), this is way lower in vitamins than the fortified version, on one hand it not having added folic acid is nice but also it lacking in other vitamins in comparison to fortified one is a downside, nothing wrong with food fortification itself, it's just that folic acid is bad and proven to be inferior to natural sources which vegans can easily get enough of (non vegans may struggle with that vitamin). can you please make a version that's fortified but with the exclusion of folic acid?

This nutritional yeast product by KAL is really fantastic because it is non-GMO. I enjoy this on my salads and taste really good on buttered popcorn! My cats also love this stuff and it provides lots of vitamins for them as well. I like the container because it is not plastic. I can recycle the cardboard container and thus help to make less of a carbon footprint on the planet.
