I read so many good reviews about ALA and I trust this brand. Their supplements have pure ingredients. BUT I started to feel so awful after a couple of day... I felt nauseous, intestinal pains, weakness, brain fog, irritated , vertigo. . I found many warnings: in internet not to use ALA in high doses, it must be taken in very small doses to start with. So be careful
