I bought this for my husband & the capsule is a big one as u can see from the picture. Recommended dosage to take 3 capsules once or twice a day. So far my husband's knee is doing ok since last month that he's been taking it. Before this, he tried Life Extension Fast-acting Joint Formula & thought it's good.. but I realize that supplement is just acting as a temporary pain reliever thanks to the Korean Angelica herb inside, so it became almost like money gone down the drain as u need to take it all the time & after stop the pain still come back. Thankfully Life extension had a few other choices for joint such as this MSM lol.. This morning husband took a good long walk (12km) with his colleagues for about 3 hours to the office building as a form of charity support & he didn't have knee complains.. so I'm glad this is working thus far!
