Not my first mega food product and it won’t be the last. The taste not that great but it’s tolerable after all is not dessert! I bought a large bottle but it come in smaller size. I usually take it with iron and I do have iron deficiency. Use it if you have deficient or to improve your immune system but please ask your doctor first
