It tastes just like rice, I think it was very similar replacement to real rice but the texture is slightly different. Easy to cook, very fast and simple. The quality is also really nice, idk it just feels like standard rice but without all the calories. The ingredients also seem to be healthy!
only good things to say for those of us on keto. filling. useful alternative for so many things. perfect size. easy instructions! filling. good texture. can be used in soups, as side dish or main dish. YES i recommend to a friend. i find it a much better alternative then cauliflower rice.
Great product and great rice substitute without the high carbs. It would be great if organic and healthy food was not so expensive so people could purchase more often. Very glad they made this healthy alternative to rice and other noodles!

I think there's better low calorie options out there i.e heart of plams rice. This one has a mushy consistency that doesn't taste like rice.
