Good quality ingredients and its gluten free, great afternoon snack with tea or coffee. This biscuit can be eaten alone just as is or turned into a tart which is great. Very filling and nutritious snack not too sweet and its a good price for a gluten free snack. It has a nice buttery taste w/o being greasy.
I've found a couple of gluten free cookies I love which are either no longer available or TOO good and I can't stop eating them (which is not too good) ) ;) These Oat Grahams are now the best for me since even one cookie is satisfying if I feel hungry and are not too sweet tho do help my sweet tooth. I love them!
I sometimes buy a box of these Oat Graham crackers as a treat snack for myself! As I can't have gluten & need to keep my sugar levels down these are great as they're lower in sugar. Delicious with a cup of tea & great to have 4 biscuits in each of the 4 packages, so I can have just 2 biscuits with each cuppa!
I try to stay away from FODMAPs, but a lot of cookies like this contain either honey, gluten, or too much nut flour. These ingredients seem safe to me and I have had no negative reaction. Although pleasantly sweet and crunchy on their own, I love topping them with peanut butter. This box comes with four individually-wrapped small packages--which helps stop me from eating them up all at once! I will definitely keep buying these.
I absolutely love these cookies. Just slightly sweet with a whole grain texture mouth feel. Only 47 calories each with low sugar and they are a guilt free snack or dessert. Make a sandwich cookie by spreading almond butter in between two of them. Unfortunately, there so deliciousness, it’s hard to not eat more.
I bought coz the reviews were great and I was not disappointed. I was quite surprised. I am gluten sensitive but gluten free products can't see, to satisfy me :-(, but let me tell you, this product I love and will order more right away. I don't eat them with tea or coffee. I like to eat them as are because they are light and delicious. Finally a gluten free product that I like! I hope you like them as well. Cheers, Donna
I’ve ordered from different sites previously and the expiration date has been an issue. I’ve never encountered that with iherb and now buy these in bulk for myself exclusively from this site if not local grocery stores. (It’s one of the few foods I can eat). I find them tasty and not too sweet but still flavorful!
It's a good basic biscuit, and I kind of wish I didn't like it. It has a decent amount of fiber and is made with sustainable palm oil, which are both great. But even though the box says it has 33% less sugar, but it uses both regular sugar and invert sugar, the latter of which is a liquid sugar, and therefore, much more harmful to health than regular table sugar. If the makers could reduce the amount of fat and switch to using just regular sugar, I'd buy this again.
