This is not the first timeI use this product.cinnamon extract acts similar to glucophage medication that reverses insulin resistance but without the bad side effects. I have PCOS due to insulin resistance and i have been able to manage a healthy insulin level using this and it ultimately helped me lose weight more easily (6kg in just 4 months) especially around the waist, and my PCOS is better. Just started taking. Within a day noticed my blood sugar level lowered by 1 mmol (self test). No side effect so far. I shall continue this month and then see my doctor to check my blood sugar level.
