not the best tasting cherry, imo. the dosage is actually too high, induces anxiety. pills can be cut, so it's ok (but you cannot actually break them by finger). enormous package for just few pills. overall it's ok, but i will repeatedly buy only when big discounts.
Easy to take and dissolves well under the tongue. Very high potency so I am only taking every few days. The only downside is the cherry flavor which I am not fond of but it is not overpowering thankfully.
This is great when we need to up our B12 consumption. Its very easy to take, tastes pleasant and is in the methylated form.
