I came in from working in the garden, and felt I had been hit by a truck! I have osteoarthritis and it can really cause stiffness joint pain! The dose seems right and has improved the arthritic pain in my knee, and finger joints, which is the whole point. I like the quality because I don’t like supplements laced with toxic bulking and flowing agents like talc, magnesium stearate and stearin acid. Good packaging, easy to swallow pills, even without water.
I'm only on my first bottle of Celadrin and notice a little bit better movement of my joints ie they don't seem to be as stiff as they usually are. I will give this product a fair trial and am hoping my joint health will continue to improve.
I have been taking Celadrin (whatever brand in stock) for around ten years. At that time, I was having a lot of knee pain. Now, after taking four Celadrin per day every day, the pain is 100% gone. I tried to stop taking it a couple of years ago and my knees starting to hurt again. Is it because of the Celadrin? Who knows, probably not, maybe all in my head, but now I don't want to stop taking it because all is good. I told my friend who has knee trouble that the Celadrin effects were likely placebo. He just said "Either way, it doesn't matter because you feel good" Very true!

I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
