We are taking this for immunity and as antioxidant, no complaints. I like it is with time release so better than other forms. For its price, this is a good deal. I believe the quality is up to standards.
I didn’t notice there is sucrose added, or else i would purchase another brand. Nevertheless, it is stjll very cheap and i like its time release function.

These are a great value and the potency is just right. If you take more than 500mg it doesn't get absorbed. So I take one of these twice a day. I like capsules the best because sometimes tablets aren't completely absorbed.
