The price is very favorable, comparing with other similar types of magnesium. I mainly use magnesium malate because it is easily absorbed and gives energy. I have used other products of the brand, I am satisfied with the quality. Quality product with excellent composition, I recommend. The tablets are big, but I got used to swallowing them.

Biggest amount of Mg per tablet that I can find, works well. Look closely at other Mg supps, dose is usually 3-6 caps/tabs to reach what one of these provides. This said, that amount may not be needed by everyone. The tabs are fairly big, but it's the case of most magnesium tabs.
