Since getting COVID in 2022, my boyfriend has gotten sick more frequently so I thought taking a multivitamin should help. He prefers that these are gummies. It does have a weird smell once you open the bottle (but i think all supplements have that smell). They do stick to each other but thats maybe because we live in a hot humid country. But overall this has really helped. Since taking this, he hasnt gotten ill yet so to us thats a win.
