B-Complex with Rice Bran that contains also Choline, Inositol, PABA
I like this inexpensive vegetarian, hypo-allergenic B-Complex that contains 11 vitamins with rice bran. This complex is good source of Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Vitamin B-6 and suitable for prophylactic administration. Pay attention that some vitamins here in very small doses: Folate only 100 mcg ~ 25% of RDA, Biotin only 20 mcg ~ 67% of RDA, but this complex also contains Choline, Inositol, PABA.
