I'm not one to eat my veggies, so I was happy to find these. Take them everyday. Hopefully I'm getting my veggies now!

I can't tell the actual nutritious effect on my body, but I use it along with my multivitamin to reinforce it's absorption. So far it seems to work as my hair, skin and nails are in better condition than ever. There is little smell, but I don't mind it. Capsules are coated and easy to swallow.

Me and my 2 kids are taking this daily to cope up with our daily veggie needs since my kids don't eat vegetables. My kids don't like the smell of these tabs though but they can still tolerate because the size of the tablet is easy to swallow.
