Good, I just take 1 vs 2 with food. There's definitely an aftertaste for a short while but it's fruity vs fishy. I like the quality if Nordic Naturals which is why I tried these. I'm also trying their Women's formula Omegas available here on iherb.

My 8yo takes these capsules happily. We take fish oil to help with ADHD symptoms. I am happy to find this product has high EPA and DHA. It is pricey but Nordic Naturals is a trusted brand and I am to ok pay more for the convenience.
