This is one of the best B Complex vitamins I have ever tried! It gives me extra energy specially during work outs or even long walks / hikes. Although it's a bit expensive compared to other brands, the price is all worth every penny becauase of its benefits. The capsules are a bit bigger but they're easy to swallow, so no problem at all. I love it.
