I finished the program a month ago , so the results are : 1) the first three days you see no results 2) the middle of first week you start going to toilet often ( twice a day for me ) 3) during the first week I noticed that I'm so exhausted 😩 and it's a good sign that the detox is working well 4) I noticed less bloating 5) this one was the best result I had from this detox ( I go to bed at 23:00 pm imagine!! even my family was surprised , I'm struggling with insomnia for almost all my life 😂 💔 and even after the detox I was sleeping early for the first time on my life , I wanted to buy it again because I love it ,but unfortunately it's out of stock 😩 , by the I see that one is not enough better to buy two at once and continue for the whole month and don't repeat it again till 3 months pass , it's gentle thou 👌🍀 please like I wrote a lot my finger screams😂💔

This product/pills worked exactly as described.. when ever i ate any food i had a hard time digesting it but after i learned taking this pill before any meal in morning or at night helps digest food faster. Then i started taking it twice a day i take 4 pills in morning and 4 pills at night and my food gets digested within 20 mins and i can continue with my daily activities without waiting for food to be digested

Aids in digestion and no constipation during this 15 day program. For me, the am capsules were manageable as it was 2 capsules at one time. The pm capsules (4 of them) were too much for me at one go before sleep

Good complex for body cleanse, but actually you can buy separately all the herbs inside and make those tablets by yourself. Herbs are very simple and easy to find.
